Our Selections
We grow and market three varieties of specialty green coffee, under the labels Beraso, Bali and Gedeb. All our coffee beans are either grown in our own farm or sourced from nearby farms are Yirgacheffe origin. Our selection is our own unique blend of Edido, Konga, and Koke varieties. Altitudes vary but range from 2000-2300 meters.
Truly Premium Green Coffee Beans
Beraso is our washed coffee. This specialty coffee exhibits a floral aroma with citrus and chocolate tasting notes; exceptionally sweet; fine acidity with a balanced body and medium after taste.
Natural Coffee from Yirgacheffe
Bali is our natural coffee. This specialty exhibits a floral aroma with spicy clove and fruity tasting notes; exceptionally sweet; bright acidity with a balanced body and pleasant ending.
Aromatic Green Coffee Beans
Featuring a spicy floral aroma, with flavors of dark chocolate and berries. Bright acidity with exceptional sweetness. Long after taste with a full floral mouth sensation.
